Local Youth raised funds through our award-winning Nickels for Nails program and various other events to sponsor the Osborne Family Home in the City of Lynwood as the first “House that Youth Built.” Young people, 16 years and older, are also building the house. Construction began on the home 
last summer and it's expected to be completed in June 2009. Currently the site is undergoing stucco work and volunteers will begin interior painting very soon. Come grab a brush and join us!
Building on their current work, our local young people have already begun raising funds to sponsor another home with a goal of $150,000.
