Habitat for Humanity ReStores of Greater Los Angeles are no longer accepting office furniture donations, due to the sheer volume available at this time. With many companies downsizing or going out of business, office furniture donations have become overwhelming and we’ve had to put a cap on the product for now. As soon as we are able to accept them again, we will be sure to announce it here and in our ReStore locations.
We are happy to share some great non-profit organizations in the area that would love to receive your office furniture donation. They strive to keep those items from landfills and put them to good use in the community.
LA Shares
L.A. SHARES is a non-profit materials reuse program, which takes donations from the local business community of reusable goods and materials (both new and used) and redistributes these items FREE-OF-CHARGE to non-profits and schools throughout Los Angeles County.
ANEW
ANEW is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to collecting, organizing and repurposing surplus furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for donation to the underserved and those who support them.
