HABITAT'S 21 WAYS IN 21 DAYS TIP #7: Donate Items to the Home Improvement Store

All items at the Habitat for Humanity Home Improvement Store are donated by generous corporations, contractors and the general public. Donating to the store is easy and completely tax-deductible. Donations can be dropped off anytime during the store’s business hours or donation pick-ups can be scheduled to have a Habitat Truck retrieve the items at no cost to the donor. In return, the donors receive an In-Kind Donation form as proof of donation and can be used for tax deductions!

Pick-ups are limited to larger items that cannot be transported by a car and are usually scheduled 2 weeks prior to the pickup date.
