Their Royal
Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently announced plans to visit
the Hiring Our Heroes veterans job fair this Sunday at Sony Pictures Studios
and guess who’ll be there? We have been planning on attending for months in
support of this great event and it’s really exciting to find out that the Royal
Newlyweds have designated our organization as a stop during their visit. My staff
responded accordingly to this honor by customizing hard hats fit for the future
King and Queen.
Hiring Our Heroes Los Angeles is the biggest of more than 100 hiring fairs taking place across the country and allows 1,500 veterans to connect with 200 area employers. This event is a great opportunity for us to support our veterans by providing a helping hand to those in need of jobs, affordable housing and even volunteer opportunities. We are thrilled to have been invited to participate and ecstatic to be in consideration to meet the Royal Couple!
