The greatest needs for our organization are Land and Materials. We accept land donations and are available to speak with you if you have questions about whether your land is appropriate for development.
Over the years, we've worked with other housing agencies, city officials and individuals to acquire land in Greater Los Angeles and we've been fortunate to be able to build decent affordable homes for local families on those properties. On many of these properties, we've been able to build entire neighborhoods of 14 homes or more.
